A & B Group provide each site with a designated Contracts Manager, who will visit the site on a regular basis. A working supervisor or foreman is on site throughout and is responsible for supervising all A&B staff. Each supervisor is also responsible for ensuring all works are carried out to our Quality Assured systems, thereby providing the best quality finish to our clients. All our Site Supervisors are First Aid trained and have achieved ‘Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme’ standard. We also have trained ‘First Aid for Mental Health in the Workplace’ staff and site supervisors.


The Contracts Manager will liaise with the Senior Surveyor, to ensure he is given all necessary information relating to any works required on site. The Senior Surveyor will issue Quotations to carry out any additional works, wherever possible. We will also request agreement of these Quotations before the works commence – this gives all parties the best chance of controlling any additional costs incurred.


The Managing Director and Commercial Manager will support all members of staff at all times and offer any necessary advice to ensure the works are carried out in accordance with the agreed terms of any Order issued.
